Logralis
This is the original map I drew of Logralis and surrounding lands, about 18 years ago. Logralis proper is actually relatively small here. If you take the upper left quadrant of the map (above the large east-west river), and lop off the top 1/4 or 1/3 of that minus the large islands in the northwest, and that’s Logralis.
Vardya, the capital, is the tip of the penninsula at the mouth of the large bay in the southwest part of Logralis (a bit north of center on the map at the west side).
The scale is no longer accurate after adjusting to make Vardya a realistic size, but I haven’t recalculated it for the entire map.
Vardya
Vardya is the capital of Logralis (see above). It is on a penninsula with cliffs falling to the see on three sides. The map is very incomplete because I only fill in detail as I write.
The horizontal divisions are walls that run roughly east and west. There are large moats of running water in front of each wall that spill into the sea on both sides of the city.
The northernmost section is the most fortified and contains the royal castle. The middle section is the Old City, very well built and ordered, and dates to the founding of the city. The southern section is outside the city walls, and the portion of the city that has grown up there is referred to as the New.
